Frequently Asked Questions:

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We encourage you to inspect your purchases prior to payment to ensure you are happy with your selection. 

We currently do not provide shipping. Local pick up can be arranged in Coldstream, B.C. upon checkout.

Address for pick up will be provided after your order is submitted and confirmed. 

Payment is due at time of pick-up. We currently accept cash or e-transfer. 

E-transfers can be made to info@twosprouts.ca

When you are happy with your selection, confirm the purchase at the check-out. An email confirmation will be sent to you automatically.

A Two Sprouts representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours of your order confirmation to arrange pick-up and payment. 

We pay cash for new and gently used baby and toddler clothing. 

All items must be in very good / gently used condition. Items must be freshly laundered, no stains, holes, rips or tears. 

If items are not accepted, they must be picked up within 7 days of notification, otherwise they will be donated locally. 

Your inventory will be reviewed within 48 hours of drop off and we will email you a summary of what we would like to purchase and the price we can offer. 

The offer may vary depending on brand, style and condition of the clothing. 

Payments will be made via e-transfer or cash (pick-up only), once confirmation is received that you would like to proceed with the sale. 

If you have changed your mind on selling the items we kindly ask that you pick them up within 7 days of original drop off.

Items can be dropped off locally in Coldstream, BC. Please email info@twosprouts.ca to arrange drop off time and location. 

We accept all brands, styles and seasons of baby/toddler clothing and outerwear.

Boys and Girls: Sizes 0M to 5T

Limited accessories. Sorry no toys or footwear at this time.
